Summary: Any time I stay in the Melbourne area, this is my go-to place. The property is truly waterfront, quaint and lovely, immaculately clean, and really really cute. Weather dependent, I always get up and watch the sunrise from their spacious deck. There is every type of restaurant, grocery store, and entertainment within walking distance. For my tastes and needs, it's perfect.
