Summary: Our first trip to Yachats in over 20 years. This is as good as VRBO gets. Lovely 3 bedroom very well decorated and appointed house with every detail well conceived and well done. Easy parking, easy covered and protected breezeway entrance, quiet side street location only 2 blocks from ocean and the marvelous extensive walking pathways of Yachats. Easy stroll along the ocean (15-20 minutes) to "downtown" Yachats which has several fine restaurants and other shops and services. Large and very functional kitchen really had everything a good chef would need including plenty of countertop and island surface for prep work. Bedrooms very comfortable, quiet and good shades. Large bathrooms, one with tub, very nice dining room with a through and through fireplace that joins the large comfortable living room. TV's in every room for those who wish them. Beautiful full sized pool table in separate front room for those who know how to play. Full size laundry with large washer and dryer and laundry sink. House looks dog friendly with some accessories tucked here and there. Lovely fenced in back yard with picnic table, large gas barbecue grill, hot tub (which we didn't use) and well maintained plantings. Nice front deck with good sun exposure. We had perfect weather this week which made it all the more enjoyable but house was well equipped with lots of books, movies, games, etc. for those potential rainy days. We will be back!
