Schoenlein Platz - Canadarago Lake - A beautiful home that has been in the family for generations. Great views of the Canadarago Lake and Deowongo Island from many rooms in the home. Recent renovation includes new floors throughout, as well as updates in the lower level game room. This property offers plenty of extra space to spread out when you need some privacy. Enjoy a book or simply unwind and watch the water from the stunning sunroom with cathedral ceilings. Curl up on the couch in the living room and get lost gazing into the rolling waves - from there you almost feel like you're on a boat.
An incredible deck with built in gazebo also overlooks the water, and offers a great place to grill and enjoy the yard and lake.. A level lawn leading to the waters edge is a real treat in our hilly area. There is easy access to ground level deck, lawn and lake beyond from the walkout lower level game room. Relax in the game room while watching a ballgame on TV or enjoy some cards with friends around the poker table. This property has a little something for everyone, all while only being about 20 minutes from downtown Cooperstown.
