Positive: the breakfast and dinner offer was delicious and plentiful, the restaurant was big and we had always a place to sit. the room was large and comfortable

Negative: the dinning hours were from 6-8pm - but from 7.30 pm the kitchen stopped bringing food and began clearing the buffet. if one was unfortunate to arrive at 7.30 for dinner, you'd be left with leftovers and no desert. i found this bizarre and unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. the indoor pool was not really heated. everyone i saw trying to step in had the same expression: "it's cold!" - this was a major disappoitment as it constituted our plan B for lack of snow in the pistes. my room on arrival wasn't properly cleaned - loads of dust on the floor.
