Positive: The house is located in quite residential neighborhood and really close to beaches, cafes and stores. It was clean and had everything we needed. This rental will definitely fit a big family.
Negative: The two twin bed bedroom next to the front door was unbearably hot. It had very poor air conditioning and no fan. The bathroom door and bathtub facet adjacent to this room needed maintenance. Also, we had two kids who were really were looking forward to swimming at the neighboring pool (and that was a large part of our decision to rent), but it was closed during our stay, so we had a long negotiation with the manager about receiving a one day pass to the community pool or discount. In the end the rental company told us that we would be able to attend the community pool on the day we were checking out (which we weren`t able to do) and the owner would then reimburse the cost of the tickets. We think that the “pool situation” needed to be resolved differently and much quicker. Update: the owner credited us a portion of the rent for the pool situtation. We appreciated the effort.
