Summary: My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Sapa Clay House - I only wish it had been longer! We slept in one of the bungalows overlooking the rice fields and the view was stunning, even on mornings when there was some fog. The bed was comfortable and the room was unique and charming. The resort is run by a family, which only adds to the charm. The manager was attentive, helpful, and friendly - he even waited up late for us when our bus was late! He gave us excellent recommendations for activities and food, called us taxis whenever we needed one (and we paid less this way), and was fun to chat to. The whole family was delightful, helpful, and fun to be around. And of course, they had the cutest dog! I also highly recommend the food at Sapa Clay House. The breakfast was so good that we came back on day for lunch! The ingredients are fresh and local, and we could taste the difference. Sapa was the highlight of our time in Vietnam and I recommend anyone who visits to spend time at Sapa Clay House!
