Positive: The pool was great! Place was clean. Great location, family friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the lanai. Communication was easy & smooth.
Negative: Beds could’ve been more comfortable. Maybe a few more basic supplies (ie laundry detergent, some cookware/utensils seemed to be missing). Also, the coffee pot was old and made a mess a couple of days. They did let us know a bathroom cabinet was off and they were sending someone to fix it, that never happened during our week stay.
Summary: We had a great time and our kids & us are already ready to go back
