Nice central location yet away from chaotic tightly packed Carlsbad neighborhoods. Just walk to Pecos River, rec area + short drive to water park! LARGE comfortable KING beds in every bedroom w/ Hulu and Netflix on 50"+ 4K TVs. Close to Albertsons, many shopping and dining places. Central AC, washer and dryer, coffee and cooking amenities.

❁ We provide GAS GRILL but time and again we have had our full or new tanks taken away/replaced with empty, left unclean, and basically abused. To keep the cost low to every guest, we expect the guest to clean-up after themselves, conserve and use if it has propane, fill if empty (easy exchange at Walmart). This helps us keep the costs low as every guests usage is different. Other option is for us to charge $50 for usage which will be unfair!

❁ NO taking away towels, utensils, beddings, comforters nor supplies. Please use what you need and leave the rest behind. We strive hard for every guest to have a great stay, when things go missing it takes time and effort to replenish and replace.
