This cozy condo in The Canyons Village of Park City is fully furnished with rustic log furniture and quality kitchen appliances. It features a king bed in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa (with memory foam mattress) in the living area. The kitchen has granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, oven & glass cooktop, microwave and most small appliances and dishes that you might need. Basic spices and coffee filters are supplied. The living area features a gas-log fireplace, Smart TV and reclining chair. The condo is steps away from the hot tub, laundry facilities & sauna. It is on the main level, steps away from the parking lot and bus stop. During winter months there is a free shuttle (CV Connect) that can pick up guests at the parking lot and transport most anywhere within Canyons Resort Village including to the base of the ski lifts. The cabriolet is within walking distance as another alternative to getting to the slopes (0.3 miles). In the summer we have tennis & pickleball courts and an outdoor pool. Hot tub & sauna are available year round. There is a golf course within one mile along with amazing hiking and scenery.
The unit is in an excellent location: Salt Lake City International Airport is 34 minutes away, Tanger Outlets, WalMart and restaurants are 6-10 minutes away and access to skiing is super close and easy! Also, there is a 7-Eleven that is only 3 minutes away by car and 8 minutes walking for quick necessities or fuel.
