Unique 2-building lakefront rental at the end of Balcom Beach Rd. The rustic main house has a fully-stocked kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, half bath, and expansive porch. Steps away, the recently remodeled bunk house has a living area, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower downstairs, and 4 custom-made rustic bunk beds upstairs comfortable for kids and adults alike. Enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing off the dock, and roasting marshmallows at the lakeside fire pit. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, beach and bath towels, coffee maker with ground coffee, bunk house A/C, grill, 2 kayaks, paddle board, pack n’ play, fishing poles, and life jackets.

Situated in the cove with little boat traffic, this spot is ideal for families with children. There is a baby monitor, sound machine, and pack n’ play available for your use, and two bedrooms in the main house have blackout curtains to help the little ones sleep during those bright summer days.
Bring your boat or jet skis: just a few houses down from the boat launch, our dock is ready for you to float up.
3 minute drive from wildlife and woods walks at Moss Creek preserve. Just 5 minutes from Genesee River fishing access. Letchworth is under a 30 minute drive, and Ellicottville is 35 minutes away.
Great for a girls weekend, small family gathering, or birthday party, or if you’re looking for a close-to-home stay where you can escape your chores. The kids will love the bunk house while adults will enjoy the peacefulness of the main house. Wake up and have your coffee on the expansive porch overlooking Rushford Lake. The porch also has a gate, so you can make dinner while the kids play or color.
The lake gets drained a few weeks after Labor Day. Reservations are accepted into October, but please note the lake won’t be full.
Note, this is our family’s lake house, not a dedicated income property. As such there are some personal effects such as dried goods in the kitchen cabinets, but there is ample room for guests to unpack and make it their home away from home.
External security cameras are installed for the safety of our guests and our property. Video is not monitored in real time and is only checked if an issue arises.
