The main living area and kitchen are located on the second floor which is accessible by 3 different sets of staircases, giving you access to all patios and an extensive outdoor living area. Upstairs offers a King and a Queen bed in one room as well as one bathroom.
The first floor offers the main bedroom with bathroom en suite as well as the laundry room,. This is accessible from inside with a spiral staircase - or from outside via the lovely Florida room, no stairs needed.
