Positive: The flat is amazing! So clean and well furnished! Very well situated, 5-10 minutes walk from Orsay and the Louvre museums and 30 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. Bernard is a very good host. The next time we travel in France, we will be looking for his properties.

Negative: There's no air conditioning but we were aware when we rent the flat. We have been lucky, it was warm during our stay and there's two windows to make an air flow. But in hot summer time, it must be very hot.

Summary: So clean and well situated
