What We Love
Family fun abounds at this sunny South Florida home! Offering a convenient location just a short drive from the beach and attractions, this home comes complete with its own backyard oasis featuring a screened, in-ground pool, a children's play set, and a custom-built tiki bar. The furnished lanai adds the option for leisurely poolside lounging while a gas grill sets the stage for backyard barbecues. A Publix grocery store, several community parks, Oriole Golf Club, and the Calypso Cove Aquatic Facility are all within a two-mile radius of the home. The beach is 10 miles away.
The spacious, single-level interior includes everything you need for carefree vacation comfort. Cool-to-the-touch tile flooring is featured throughout the space, and all the contemporary home appliances are equipped for complete convenience. The stainless steel full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals and two separate living rooms - each with its own smart TV - provide flexible entertainment for the whole group.
