Opposite the apartments is a family run taverna which has been approved by several guests as well. The long sandy beach of Stalos runs for 7kms merging with Agia Marina and Platanias, which are more bustling in peak season vs the low key Stalos beach. There is a regular bus service to Chania (https://www.freelancevillas.com/chania-villas/) on the main road in Stalos.
