Gorgeous lakefront property on Lower Hamlin Lake with spacious front yard on 150 feet of lakefront. Watch the sun set from the privacy of large front deck. Includes boat dock and protected boat bay. House includes master bedroom with king size bed and bath with jacuzzi bathtub. Second bedroom has queen size bed. Kids bedroom includes two bunk beds. Kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and everything you will need except the food. House has two fully furnished living spaces with beautiful views of Hamlin Lake. Plenty of room to play on the 1.5 acre property which includes a small beach area. House is surrounded by wetlands which offer lots of privacy. House also has central air conditioning. Rental is Saturday to Saturday during the peak season. There are steps to enter house. Once you enter the house rooms are on same level except two steps to access master bedroom and one living area.

Summary: What a great vacation retreat! The kitchen has absolutely everything you need to prepare meals. The kitchen cabinets are clearly labeled with their contents. The beds were comfortable. It was a plus to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms and kitchen. The property is ideal if you have different age groups because it has two separate living and dining areas. Kids could be watching a movie in one room while adults are playing cards for example. It was wonderful that we were able to bring our pontoon and dock it at the property. There was also room to park our trailer. The owner suggested two public launch sites. We chose the south one which was a mistake. You have to drive the boat under two bridges that are close to each other to get to Hamlin Lake. I guess the water level was a little high because the bridge scraped up our boat. We couldn’t fit all the way under it and were unable to turn around. The property has beautiful views, a nice large lawn, firepit, gas grill and lots of outdoor furniture.
