Summary: Expedia did not declare that the restaurant/bar were closed for what was, during the day, quite a noisy refurbishment. Breakfast service was slow and limited buffet options. Room service was awful. Check-in staff quite abrupt. Told me that I would receive Bonvoy points as ‘that wasn’t my card’. She had input the number incorrectly. No apology given. Overall very poor.
