Relaxed sophistication describes this modern upscale La Jolla beach house, just minutes from the beach and local surfing spot, Windansea. Located on a quiet street in the very desirable Village district of La Jolla, you’ll find a large choice of restaurants, shops and cafes within walking distance.

There is a house located in front of this home. This is not a party house and due to it's proximity to the other houses , occupancy is limited to 6 adults maximum. Entry is through the front gate. Very private. Neighbors on either side are very quiet.
Entire house and all three outdoor patio / deck areas. Parking 2-car garage. The garage you can park in is around behind the house. You enter from the alley, street name is Bishop. You will see our address on the back of the property 7213. Two garage remotes will be left on the kitchen counter.
This home features Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors, high ceilings, skylights and an open concept living space that provides a natural gathering area for relaxing and cooks will appreciate the well-appointed kitchen. The gourmet kitchen, a true chef’s delight, includes an oven, microwave, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, Viking 6 range gas cooktop, granite countertops and center island perfect for entertaining with 4 comfy barstools. You will find everything you need to cook fine food at home.
A very spacious home with 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 3 full baths. The upstairs master bedroom includes a King size bed, en-suite master bath with oversized shower and soaking tub, dual sinks, granite countertops and private ocean view deck. The other bedroom on the 2nd floor features a Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, private view deck with access to roof top deck. 1st floor bedroom features Queen size bed, full bath and patio with sliding glass doors and a 3rd private deck. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV’s, cable and high speed WIFI. In the evenings you can enjoy an amazing sunset over the beautiful La Jolla ocean with a glass of wine or cocktail on one of the three outdoor decks. Come enjoy the tropical backyard with lush landscaping, patio table & chairs and outdoor gas grill. Full sized washer & dryer conveniently located in the laundry room on the 2nd floor. Step-down living room features a gray leather L-shaped couch, gas fireplace, TV and Bluetooth speaker for your use. 2-car garage provides off-street parking off the alley. We invite you to stay and come live the dream in this fabulous beach house!
Bed linens, pillows, comforters, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs and blow dryers are all provided for your use. Your rental includes an “arrival starter kit” (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, coffee, tea and water). Pack’n’Play & crib sheet provided. Additional baby gear and toys can be rented for an additional fee of $59. Just ask.
Ample street parking and garage parks 2 cars.
Home is professionally cleaned between guests. Home is well stocked with TP, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash.
Ask about our Baby Gear Rental Fee $79, includes High chair, pack n' play (baby crib), sheets, blanket, toys, books and other items can be arranged for an additional fee. Just ask.

Summary: The house was perfect for our family. Great location with easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops and stores in La Jolla. Nice to be able to walk to seals/sea lions without dealing with crazy parking! House was well stocked. Enjoyed watching the sunsets from the rooftop too!
