Completely remodeled in 2021, this adorable casita studio has a separate living space, dining and kitchen, and full bathroom. Every detail is perfectly curated. The king-sized bed features an extra comfortable mattress and high-end linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook a meal. Outside, you'll find a private courtyard with seating and a fire pit, and a place to securely park your vehicle inside a gate.
Fully fenced with a private entrance and driveway, enjoy complete privacy from the main home. Expert design which includes original Spanish tiles, a vintage-style modern fridge, and complete renovations throughout. Drive just minutes to downtown Visalia's nightlife, shopping, and restaurants, Kaweah Health Hospital, and COS. Less than an hour to Sequoia National Park!
Neighborhood
The Romantic Casita Revival is nestled in the middle of Mayors Park. Located just 5 minutes from everything bustling downtown Visalia has to offer, including micro-breweries, sidewalk cafes, boutique shops, award-winning restaurants, the Fox Theater, Kaweah Health Hospital, and the Convention Center! Close to the entrance of 198 easily head to Hanford, Visalia, Lemoore, or take a day trip to Sequoia or Kings Canyon National Park, or California's beautiful Central Coast and Paso Robles wine country.
Things to note
There is a main house next door that's separated by a fence. Please do not enter the fence.

TV
The TV is equipped with Netflix and Disney+ for your enjoyment.
We ask that you not log out of these two applications.
There are other streaming devices available through the Roku TV.
Feel free to log in to your own services through other apps but please log out before check out.
Wifi
Please do not unplug the white pod located behind the TV.
It is a WiFi extender from the Main House to ensure the Casita receives the strongest WiFi connection. If having trouble connecting, check this first to see if it is plugged in properly.
Air Conditioning/Heat
The remote for the Mini Split AC/Heater is located on the wall near the bathroom door. Please make sure this remote stays here at all times.
To turn on, press the Power button.
Press Mode to adjust - Snowflake is AC and Sun is Heat.
Use Up & Down arrows to adjust the room temperature to the desired liking.

Patio
-Cushions for chairs are located in brown box on patio.
-Patio string lights are on a timer from 6 pm - 11 pm. Should you require to adjust the time, please reset back to those times before checkout. The easiest way to turn it off without resetting time is to unplug it.
-The tankless water heater is located on the wall outside the bathroom window and plugged in near the patio lights. DO NOT UNPLUG. You will not have hot water.
Firepit
To use the firepit, remove the cover. Push knob in and press ignitor button on right. Slowly turn knob to Low, release igniter once flames appear.
Release knob and turn to desired flame height.
To turn off, turn back to Low and then push in knob to turn all the way to Off position. Please notify us if propane is out.
Do not leave children unattended near the firepit.
Do not prop shoes, any body parts or furniture on the firepit while in use.
Trash
The trash cans are located in the driveway of the front house. If you are staying a short time, please leave the trash outside the casita for our cleaner to remove. Otherwise, let us know.

House Rules
1.Communication is key!Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.
2.Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests and their ages, who will be coming to the house. Max 2 guests allowed.
3. No parties! No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, bbq), games, and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If this doesn't sound like a good fit, let us know what you're looking for and we can point you in the right direction. We'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
6. Please don't leave trash outside or leave the grill dirty where it will attract bugs, etc. There is a provided trash bin for your convenience. If you're parking on the street, park the correct way and don't block the street or others' driveways. We appreciate your effort!
