Situated in a quiet cul de sac at the top of the 'city bowl' with access to Table Mountain literally across the road. Spacious indoors and perfect for entertaining outdoors. A children-safe automatic pool cover opens and closes at the push of a button. Cameras, an electric fence and an alarm system provide peace of mind security. Battery operated lights, Wifi router and a gas hob mean that load-shedding (power outages) are only a minor inconvienience. The house is 5 minutes away from the Cape Town CBD and the trendy nightlife areas of Kloof & Bree Streets. The beaches of the Atlantic Seaboard are 10 minutes away, as is the V & A Waterfront.
