The space Description and Terms:
Welcome to your Downtown Riverside Getaway! You will have the opportunity to relax in a private garden and fenced home. This home has been renovated but still has its late 1940’s charm and feel.
The home is located in a nice neighborhood with many families in the neighborhood and less than 5 minutes away from downtown Riverside and very close to major attractions. It is conveniently located nearby all the major points of interest - Downtown, Convention Center, Mission Inn, Festival of Lights, Fox theater, Market St., Farmer's Market, Food Lab, UCR and more. We also offer a keyless entry for your convenience.
This Home has its own private entrance and private backyard. There are no shared common areas with other guests.
There are steps to walk through the front door and to walk towards the backyard.
Our Mission: We Provide Affordable Vacation Rental Homes for Families, nurses, and business travelers, where they can feel at home away from home. We also provide fast communication to support our guests with their stay.
The Setup: This is a comfortable size home that can sleep up to 8 guests. 3 Bedrooms, 1 Full Bathroom, powder room and huge private backyard. No one else has access to the house, only you. We can accommodate more guests for a small fee.

This home is in a safe and clean neighborhood in Downtown Riverside. We use a keyless entry so you can check-in and enter at any time (no key needed). We will send you the private code prior to check-in.

If you are having some sort of Celebration and need a home where you can Party, Play Music or Make a Lot of Noise, this is NOT the Home for you.
Two vehicle parking spaces are available in front of the home. We offer guests two parking permits.
This home has a full kitchen: refrigerator, stove, sink, coffee pot, microwave, cooking ware, plates, cups, and utensils. We provide towels to shower. The home includes 3 Fire HD Smart-TVs, WiFi, and central A/C & heat.
Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing, broken or damaged.

You can check-in any time after 3pm and as Late as you want, you will have an Access Pin Code to enter.
Early check-in depends on if the Home is Cleaned Early Enough, you can ask if it is available to check-in early the day before you arrive and we will confirm.
No Late Check-out as we have to Clean the Home for same day Guests.
The Deposit is Not Charged. The Deposit is in case there is Damage to the home, but it is Not charged to your total at all.
The Cleaning fee will automatically be applied into the Total amount that you see upon booking.
In order to make the reservation you must pay in full, there are no other options.

Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and quiet hours are from 9pm-8am.
No events, parties or loud music is permitted in this home. There is a $1,000 fee for any parties/events thrown in the home and that causes disturbance to the neighbors and disturbance of quiet hours.
Treat this home with respect and respect the neighbors. There is no washer or dryer access.
Please be aware that there are steps walking towards the front door and steps walking out of the two back doors.
This property is from the 1940 and has renovations. Many renovations have been made to the property but some areas of the home might look a little older.
Guests agree to keep the premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing, broken or damaged.
There will be an extra cleaning charge if the home is left excessively dirty. To be determined by cleaning staff. Also, extra charges for any stains or damages to property or furniture.
Pets allowed upon approval. Guest may not bring pet unless first approved and upon receipt of cleaning fee. Must get approval from host first. An extra cleaning fee of $200(in addition to fees) per pet must be paid by guest upon booking. Pets not allowed on any furniture. If pet hair found on furniture, there will be an extra charge of $100, in addition to the cleaning fee.
No outside guest(s) allowed. Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the home. There is a $35 dollar charge for each outside guest that exceeds the number of booking allowed in the home, if the host provides approval of extra guests(this is in addition to all fees). Should the number of guests on the property exceed the amount in the reservation and host was not notified, then the reservation will be canceled immediately at host's discretion with no refund.
There is a late checkout charge of $150 (in addition to all fees), unless the host gives a late check out complimentary.Please note that if you are under 25, you may not book this home.
This is non- non-smoking house. There is a $50 fee if the home smells like smoke.
There is a BBQ Grill available for an additional $35 (in addition to all fees). Please inform the host before you use it.
