Summary: This was a great find. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We got together to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We gathered from MA,NH,NY and NC 7 adults and two children 3 and 1. No one ever felt crowded and there is plenty of room for the little ones to run around outside. The children enjoyed the daily visits from deer and turkey. Upon arrival we really appreciated the seltzers and snacks. The closet grocery store is in Dover NH. We made use of the gas grill and outdoor seating for dinner. A wonderful walk to the river behind the home was a highlight also. The home is located close to York beach And we had a great meal at the Shipyard Brew restaurant 10 minutes from the house. I would not hesitate to recommend this home. This is our 5 th VRBO and it did not disappoint !
