This first floor unit is right next to one of the community pools, and is FULLY FURNISHED AND EQUIPPED with an open floor plan. The residence is in the prestigious GATED golf community - River Strand Golf & Country Club in Bradenton, Florida. Large kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances.
The Master bedroom with kings bed has plenty of closet storage space, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Second bathroom has a shower/tub combo, with a queen size bed in the second bedroom. The unit is fully air-conditioned / heated with ceiling fans throughout. The laundry room features a large capacity washer and dryer. There is a screened patio for hours of enjoyment, and covered outside parking. The residence is located just next to one of the community pools, from the Golf Clubhouse with fully equipped fitness, gourmet restaurant, main pool with tiki bar and 8 tennis courts. No Pets/Non smoking.
River Strand is a private community with 24/7 security. The 27-hole championship golf course was designed by Arthur Hills, featuring spectacular views of the Manatee River and panoramic greens and fairways. The club also offers eight lit, Har-Tru tennis courts with on-site tennis pro shop; PickleBall, multiple pools, and two modern fitness centers. A beautiful 39,000 sq. ft. Tuscan-inspired main clubhouse offering casual and fine dining, a bar and grill room, billiard room, card room, conference room, golf pro shop, resort style pool with "sand" beach and tiki bar. River Strand has magnificently landscaped grounds with running and biking trails.
This residence is perfectly located within a few minutes of I-75, just a 15-20 minute drive to Florida's most renowned, white sand beaches like Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach or Longboat Key with great little beach restaurants and tiki bars. 5 minutes from Ellenton Outlet Mall, 10 minutes from UTC Mall, 20 minutes from beautiful downtown Sarasota. Sarasota airport 20 minutes, Tampa airport 45 minutes.
GOLF MEMBERSHIP can be transferred for one month stay or longer. With membership you will have access to the golf, tennis, pickle-ball, gyms, restaurant, Tiki bar, all pools and all sports activities (Zumba classes, aqua aerobic, tennis and golf classes…) + car stickers for easier entrance through the gate. Extra charge for Golf fee for each golf round (price is by the season) and classes tennis, golf, joga, .... There is a Fee per stay and family (parents with kids under 21y old) and is not included in the rental rate.
Reservation must be carried out a minimum 15 days before the tenant arrives, with a completed application ($150.00 applies). it is their association area rules. You can ask for an exception, if it is possible.
