River Run is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom located on the South Fork of the New River, riverfront cabin that can accommodate up to 6 guests with a NEW 5 person HOT TUB under covered patio. Go fishing, tubing or swimming in your own back yard! Enjoy the fire pit by the river, too! If you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil retreat away from all of the hustle and bustle of everyday life. THIS IS IT!!! We are located within a beautiful 20-25 minute drive back into town of Jefferson and West Jefferson. Zaloo's Canoes Kayaks and Tubes is less than 5 miles away. Come and stay at River Run and start making memories that will last a life time!! We're sorry, but NO PETS allowed.
Main Floor: The main floor offers your kitchen, dining, living room, 1 queen size bedroom and a full bathroom and nice bamboo flooring throughout. The living room offers comfortable seating, beautiful stone wood burning fire place (seasonal), a flat screen HDTV and doors that goes out to the deck to enjoy the beautiful New River in your own back yard!
The step-saver kitchen offers new modern appliances with granite counter tops. The dining area offers seating for 6 with the open floor plan.
There is a private bedroom with a queen size bed and next to the bedroom is the full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Upper Floor: There are 2 private bedrooms on the upper floor. The 1st bedroom offers 2 twin beds with a flat screen HDTV. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed with your own private deck overlooking the river! There is a full bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combo.
Lower Level: The lower level has a smaller pool table and the washer and dryer.
Outside: Relax in our new 5 person hot tub under the covered patio with views of the river! You will enjoy spending quality time outside on our deck overlooking the New River. Enjoy making S’mores at our fire pit while listening to the sounds of the river. You will have easy access to the river with stone steps leading from the bank into the river.
2 night minimum for off peak season (sorry, NO 1 night rentals permitted
3 night minimum for some holidays and the month of October
4 night minimum for the Thanksgiving holiday (Wednesday – Sunday)
7 night minimum for July 4th week and Christmas/New Year holiday
Important Notes:
***The cabin is access by graveled roads. However, you it may be necessary to have 4X4 vehicles with tire chains during the winter months.
***The owners use outdoor surveillance cameras to ensure that their home remains safe. No cameras monitor the inside rooms of the home.
***There is no land-line phone in this cabin. Cell phone coverage is not guaranteed. The home does have WIFI so you may be able to call using WIFI calling.
***No Smoking inside the cabin
***Minimum age requirement is 25 years old

Winter weather in the Blue Mountains can occur from November through April. The majority of our homes are accessed by mountain roads which will be icy in winter weather. For the safety of you and your party, please be prepared to drive in snow and ice. This means 4-wheel drive/AWD, good tires and chains may be necessary. It is YOUR responsibility to be prepared for hazardous road conditions. There will be NO REFUNDS, allowances or date changes resulting from your negligence in this matter.
