Beautiful waterfront Home on The Columbia River. Lovely comfortable home features Stainless Appliance's, Heated tile floors for winter & air conditioning. Entertaining sized open kitchen with granite countertops. Large main floor master suite. Upstairs features spacious riverfront view with queen bed, open bonus room, large bathroom & massive bedroom with 3 queen sized beds. Home is great for entertaining & has brand new outdoor dining room furniture, perfect for entertaining outdoors. Pool, hot tub & tennis courts, just a few steps away. This home is in a lovely, peaceful community perfect for all ages. We follow CDC guidelines for cleaning our home. Its a great getaway to escape to in the sun! Please drive very slowly in the neighborhood. Crescent Bay is very peaceful & the neighborhood does have a "quiet time" after 10 pm please. There is a really nice gravel path that is a short walk to several beaches & the boat launch area. The entrance to the path is just one house away. Please enter from path entrance & do not cut through our neighbors yard.
