We are pleased to release our Checkered Penthouse, located in our Historic City Stadium House on the East side of Green Bay. This two-bedroom home includes a large dine-in kitchen with new granite countertops, an eat-up custom-made island. The kitchen has a fun modern urban loft-style flooring, abundant cabinetry, well-stocked items for cooking, and an upgraded appliance package.
The living area has a cozy feel with a custom-made large electric fireplace, 65″ TV, huge reclining sectional couch, houndstooth sitting chair, desk space for in-home office use, and decor that embraces the spirit of the community of Green Bay with local black and white photography and relevant outdoor accents.
The bedrooms have a touch of glam with a decadent king bedroom and an adorably-sweet secondary bedroom with a pair of twin beds.
This upper unit does have a set of stairs that are somewhat steep (typical of an older built historic type home). The laundry is located in the basement level of this duplex and is shared between the two units.
