Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Clean, comfortable, really helpful friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice breakfast. There is one nicer room with a private terrace overlooking the little courtyard. A nice roof terrace - but many stairs to access! And you can't have a beer or a glass of wine whilst relaxing! I think that is usual unless you select an hotel.
Negative: The access to it was a bit daunting, quite a walk. A taxi will drop you at an entrance, a man with a barrow will take you to the hotel. Reasonable mobility needed (and trainers). We were accompanied initially, but I found it a bit dark in places. This is very usual in the Medina however. No licence for a beer, again I think this is usual.
Summary: A lovely welcome, we were taken great care of. Charming staff too. staff and owners .
