Positive: The staff were really outstanding and so so helpful, from helping with bags to local knowledge and advice. Particular shout out to Mehdi who introduced us to a map App that didn't need a mobile signal or wifi. Without that I think we would have got very lost! The building was also impressive, and steeped in history.
