Summary: Hotel was great, service was excellent and staff was very friendly. The only negatives I would say is we had no hot water for a shower on our last morning around 10:00am and the Keystone light was out after we were offered our free tokens and no substitution was allowed besides water. Other than that, our experience was great, coming back in November and we already booked it while we were there.
