Summary: The parking place was unusable for anything but a very small car. No sedans or 4/4s. The weather was hot, the shutters on the living area were broken so could not be closed to the sun. The air conditioner was not working for three weeks of our stay. The owner who lives in Paris knew nothing about it’s operation nor did he leave any instruction manuals. We finally found another occupant in the building who helped us. There was no TV. The oven had no oven racks or side clips. It was completely bare and unusable. We had booked a six week stay which was a big mistake. In addition, there was a terrible sewer odour in the shower. The owner was slow to respond to our problems and relied on his mother to follow up. He did finally order an oven rack which simply laid on the bottom of the oven as there were no oven fittings. There was nothing to wash the floors with and finally a few weeks later we received a pale and mop. In response to the problems with the sewer smells someone finally arrived and poured bleach down the drain which changed nothing. We were busy cleaning out the shower trap every few days. To the owners credit, he paid for the off site parking as the one in the building was unusable.
