The living and dining room are bright with soothing beach colors and decor boasting a wall mounted 55" TV with surround sound. High speed wireless internet is available throughout the property. The fully equipped kitchen has premium stainless appliances, convection oven, range with griddle, overhead microwave, and a full-size side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space, and a center island with bar stools make kitchen conversation easy. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with its own entrance into the spa-like tile bath. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed and sofa, while the 3rd bedroom has two full sized beds and a DVD player. There is also a sleeper air bed chair in the living room. Other amenities include 2-nicely furnished porches with the larger deck accessible from the great room with a ceiling fan and outdoor furniture for dining & entertaining. The fenced backyard has a picnic table w/umbrella, a clothesline and a natural gas Weber barbecue, and of course an enclosed outdoor shower. Also included are beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart to make your ten-minute walk to the beach even easier. Plenty of parking on the street and a driveway.
