This fully renovated 4 bed, 2 bath home sits on a park-like acre in the heart of the North Fork. It's walkable to all Cutchogue hamlet amenities, restaurants, Wickham's farm stand, wineries, and is a bike ride or short car drive to beautiful New Suffolk beach. The space
Located on one of the prettiest streets in Cutchogue, this 1950s residence has been carefully restored preserving the original architecture and decorative art elements while incorporating 21st century amenities. This natural light-filled 4 bedroom, 2 bath home has been beautifully designed with whimsy to bring an even more joyous vibe to your vacation stay. The country kitchen has all new appliances and fixtures, but has maintained its charm with the original wall of built-in pantry. The home offers a spacious living & entertaining area with a wood-burning fireplace, along with a separate den and dining area located off either side of the kitchen, making it the perfect layout to continue your conversations while preparing meals. The first floor has a primary en-suite bedroom with a king bed overlooking the park-like yard at the rear of the property. The bathroom has a walk-in shower providing easy access for all ages, and the upstairs bathroom has a deep soaking tub perfect for children to wind down at the end of a fun-filled day. The second floor also hosts three additional bedrooms. One has a king bed overlooking a century old Beech Tree. The 2nd bedroom is perfectly laid out for a children’s room with twin beds, toy bins, and open floor area for playing. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a beautiful exposed chimney separating the sleeping area from a lounge area which includes a pull-out couch and wet bar.
