3 Bedroom House with Kitchen, Air Conditioner and TV
Exclusive, free, private ocean front gated parking lot with an outdoor shower and boardwalk to the beach. Avoid crowds, lines, and paying for parking! When headed to the beach with chairs, cooler, towels, etc it's nice to drive over and park ocean front! The house is 0.5 mi from the private beach access. So you can walk to it too. Our private beach access is just one block from the Bogue Inlet Pier with public restrooms, a convenience store, Surf's Up ocean front restaurant, tackle shop and excellent fishing!
The master has a tempur-pedic hybrid california king with a base for raising and lowering head and feet! There a king in the first guest room and a queen in the second. New in 2023 a whole house water filtration and softening system. Kitchen and bathrooms remodeled in 2022. New appliances, cabinets, tile, kitchen countertop space tripled, master bath converted to a walk in shower, etc.! Brand new HVAC May 2022. The back deck and much of the backyard privacy fencing was replaced in 2020. In 2020, the entire private beach access boardwalk was replaced and the dock at the sound side Cedar Street Park was completely rebuilt. The sound side dock is just 0.2 miles from the house! This home was initially renovated in 2019 with brand new furniture, flooring and paint. While there will be a VRBO fee at checkout, there will be no extra fees from the owner for linens, cleaning, crib or high chair.
This property is thoroughly cleaned every week. Rest assured the house is disinfected including every light switch, door handle, etc!
Beautifully landscaped property with a very private backyard, large outdoor shower with hot water, large deck and gas grill. Sun room overlooking the backyard. One story, so NO stairs to climb! Master suite has a cal king bed and private bath, a king and queen in the other 2 bedrooms. Hampers in each room, separate laundry room and outdoor clothes line.
Roku TV's in every bedroom and living room with an ad free Hulu subscription on each TV for a large selection of TV shows and movies! Blu-ray in living room, high speed internet, modern furniture and decor, many games to play, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of dishes and cutlery to last the day .
Located in the heart of EI so you can walk to many shops and restaurants. Several grocery stores are just 4 minutes from the house. Walk to the sound front Cedar Street Park at the end of the street (0.2mi), sit on the bench at the end of the dock and enjoy our glorious sunsets! It's also ideal for cyclists...11 mile bicycle path. Bring your bikes! (rentals available on the island).
Linens included (bed sheets, blanket, 4 pillows per bed, towel sets, which include a bath, hand and wash cloth per person as well as bath mats are also included). The kitchen includes 2 dish towels and 2 dish cloths. Complimentary first trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, and salt, pepper and spices to get your relaxing vacation started. Also provided is hand soap next to each sink. Complimentary crib and high chair available.
Hurricanes: Travel insurance when booking through VRBO is optional, but is strongly recommended for this time of year. If you choose not to purchase insurance, no refunds will be given in the event of cancellation, including mandatory hurricane evacuation.

While no pets are allowed, the owner's dog has been inside of the home, so pet dander may be present.
