Nestled in the heart of historic Colonial Beach, the renovated historic School Board building is perfect for your family and friends getaway. The large open living room and kitchen is perfect for entertaining and hosting for family style dinners or game nights. With plenty of room to spread out, everyone can have their own gateway to unwind and relax from a day on the beach or walking the town. While this building was recently fully renovated, some of the unique original features were kept such as the massive business safe that was converted into a walk in closet.

Upon entering the unit you will find yourself facing the original staircase leading you to the master bedroom with en suite and the spare double queen bed family bedroom. To the right is the first of many large bedrooms with a king size bed, walk in closet created from the original jail safe, and Jack and Jill bathroom that leads into the kitchen. To the left are 2 separate bedrooms that house the 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed, respectively. Past the bedrooms is the open concept living room and kitchen. Here you will find plenty of space to cook family style meals and relax to your favorite shows or games with your fellow guests. Upstairs is the main bedroom, with king bed, and ensuite; along with family bed room with double queen size beds and shared hallway, full bathroom. You will also find the full size washer and dryer upstairs.
