Summary: My room (432) had an unpleasant smell of moisture. It was later revealed the smell could have been mold when the wallpaper started to peel off the walls while my son was laying in bed. There appeared to be a black substance on the wall. I was very disappointed by the condition of the room. My son and I both have asthma and didn’t realize we were in an unsafe environment. We were was able to move to another room 729 that was 100% better with no odor. The representative at the desk was slightly resistant when I asked to move. The move was necessary and an inconvenience at 9pm. The representative at check out was very abrupt with me. She was nothing like the person at check in very professional and welcoming.
