As soon as you enter this remodeled condo you will feel like you are on vacation! Watch the gorgeous sunrise/sunsets from the screened in porch overlooking the lake.
There are only four steps to access the front door. The main living area offers ample room for dining, a 55” smart TV, sofa, chair and ottoman for extra comfort. The kitchen has brand new stainless appliances including refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher. The screened in porch is an ideal entertainment area with a high top patio set.
The master suite offers a brand new king bed, while bedroom two has a brand new queen bed. There is an additional King Koil California raised airbed mattress available for the living area.
This unit offers a 12’x32’ boat slip at a rate of $40 per night (calm water). There is a boat launch less than a mile from the condo. The complex also offers a heated pool and is located in a no wake cove that makes a great place to swim, fish or just relax on the dock.
All linens, towels as well as a washer and dryer are also included. Wifi and cable TV included. We provide starter toilet tissue and paper towels only. Any additional is responsibility of the tenant.
NO pets or smoking - no exceptions! Smoking on the screened porch is permitted with patio doors closed. Any remains of smoke within the unit will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
Located in building 5, away from the rear of the cove offering a panoramic lake view. This unit is the largest offered for 2 bedroom/2bathroom within the complex.
