This Parkside Bungalow has been newly renovated while preserving the homes original charm and will be a wonderful home base while exploring all that Coeur d'Alene has to offer.
This 4 bedroom, 1 bath home is located less than mile away from DT/Midtown, a block away from the Phippany Park (our lovely neighborhood park) and Boyd sledding hill. Not only is this home within walking distance of the beach and downtown , guests can also enjoy a leisurely stroll to Midtown which includes a neighborhood grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, an ice cream shop, boutique shopping and more!
Our home is equipped for comfort- the kitchen features new appliances (with air frier setting in oven), Nespresso, drip and pour over coffee, crock pot and plenty of amenities to delight the budding family chef. Dining for 6 and a small island with additional seating. All bedrooms are equipped with the coziest bedding to ensure a great nights sleep.
Traveling with kids? We have you covered. We have a pack and play and highchair available if needed as well as toys, coloring books, TV(Netflix, Hulu, and Disney), beach towels and folding chairs.

Summary: We absolutely loved this little bungalow. It fit our family perfectly. The minute you walk in, you feel right at home. Loved the upstairs room that had a bed for each of our daughters. All beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen was beautiful! Would recommend to any of our friends and families looking for a place to stay in CDA.
