Summary: Right at check-in I saw several roaches of various sizes throughout the house.The management’s solution was to send over a maintenance man with a can of Raid and some roach bait hotels. The next day we tried to use the “heated” pool, but it was ice cold. We even verified the pool heating before our arrival. The following afternoon, after purchasing hamburgers and other items to grill, we realized that the gas grill was broken.Luckily the management was able to replace it the following afternoon.The pool heater was replaced on the 3rd day, and it took another 24 hours to heat the pool, so the majority of the trip was spent without it.The roaches were persistent. We had roach traps everywhere and were seeing at least one live one every day of our week long stay.We spent the entirety of our trip dealing with house issues that should’ve been addressed before our arrival. The pool heater issue was well documented by previous guests, and the infestation of cockroaches didn’t happen overnight.After several back and forths with the management, we were offered a refund for the pool heater we had paid for plus 50 for our trouble.I don’t feel like this was an adequate compensation for what we experienced throughout our stay, and would definitely not recommend this place.
