Summary: This property was secluded, modern, updated, clean and had many amenities including modern appliances, a pool table, great deck with fire table, where we watched deer feeding in the woods with our morning coffee. We were a group of twelve in Duluth for our youngest daughter's graduation from UMD and we had plenty of room to spread out. It checked all the boxes for us. Our host Heather was very responsive and good with communication. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a secluded, modern property.
