Come relax in this newly remodeled 2560sq ft. lakefront home on Barron Lake offers 46' of water frontage that allows for summer fun. Enjoy this all-sport, yet quiet lake as you enjoy swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing! Bring your boat and have fun waterskiing, tubing, or just cruising around the lake. You'll love the sandbar!
House Details:
This lakehouse is a family-friendly home with enough space for multiple families to stay comfortably. It is located on a quiet private road. The home was renovated in 2021 with fresh paint, flooring throughout the house as well new kitchen appliances, washer, and all new furniture. A new RainSoft water filtration system was also added!!
Other amenities include high-speed internet, WiFi, and 3 Smart TV's. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, Keurig, utensils, glasses, bowls, plates, etc.
Bedroom & Bath Details:
-BR 1, Owner's Suite on the lower level: King bed with ensuite
-BR 2, Lower level: Full Bed
-BR 3, Upper level: Queen bed with ensuite
-BR 4, Upper level: Queen bed & Trundle. The overview description states a child bed and single because a trundle was not an option. This bedroom gives you multiple options for sleeping arrangements depending on your guest.
-BR 5, Upper Level: Queen bed
-BR 6, Upper Level: 2 Bunk beds (the lower mattress is a full, so 2 twins & 2 fulls) and it's the perfect room for kids. It's very spacious, includes a Smart TV, games, & books.
There is a sliding door off of the kitchen that leads out to a porch that is perfect for sipping your morning coffee. You step off the porch onto a large grass backyard where the kids can run & play. There is a gas grill for your use along with patio furniture, sun lounges, chairs, & a picnic table. The backyard is a perfect combo of sun & shade, which allows for hours of enjoyment.
This home allows for year-round activities! Whether you prefer the beach and the sun or ice fishing and hockey, there is always something to do.
The house is located just 20 minutes from the campus of Notre Dame. This home is perfect for visiting the University for activities on campus. You're only minutes from downtown Niles, so you have local restaurants, a farmers market, & various attractions nearby. South Bend is only 15 minutes away where you'll find shopping, more restaurants, & attractions. For the ultimate convenience, Wegner's Lakeside Bar & Grill is only 2 minutes away! Enjoy the live music & delicious food.

During the summer months, rentals are weekly, so all rentals will run Saturday - Saturday. Check-in at 3:00 pm. Check-out at 10:00 am.
