Gorgeous 2000 Square Foot eco-friendly home on 1 secluded acre of land next to Long Pond in beautiful and exclusive Harwich! Perfect for families vacationing together or a large, extended family vacations or stays. Long Pond is the largest freshwater pond on Cape Cod.
The home is also a short 10 minutes drive from the ocean shore. Our place is centrally located to all that Cape Cod Has to offer!
The home is directly across the street from the entrance to the public beach on Long Pond. The pond has a boat launch and our driveway has plenty of parking for your boat trailer and cars for all of your family!
The home has 4 large bedrooms and enough room for up to 8 people.

There is also an outdoor shower for your use during the summertime after you return from a day in the sand across the road at Long Pond Beach!
