We do not rent to 25 and under, this is a walk up to the second floor with elevator access by key that is kept in the property. There is no smoking on the premises due to building policy. All renters must be 25yrs or older, no vaping, smoking or pets, just fun, relaxation and building memories please! This is the perfect quiet location that is midtown with plenty of walkable restaurants to enjoy your stay! This fully renovated condo will not disappoint! We pride ourselves on our 5-star cleaning company and local management that is available to you. Our local host will set up a beach photo session for your family! Plus, she can even pull a bonfire permit so you can enjoy a bonfire at night on the beach directly outside your condo! This is that vacation condo that you will want to come back to year after year to enjoy memories with your family.
We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! To make your stay as seamless as possible, we provide a linen drop-off service, so you won’t need to bring your own. Upon arrival, a freshly laundered linen package will be waiting at your door, including sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth set for each guest. Please note that beach towels are not provided, so be sure to bring your own. At the end of your stay, we simply ask that all linens be placed back in the provided linen bags and left just inside the front door. This helps us ensure a smooth pickup process and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for all our guests. Thank you for your cooperation, and we hope you have a wonderful stay!
