This three bedroom, two bath coastal themed home features a spacious deck overlooking a private pool and waterways of Graveline Bayou Coastal Preserve. Go fishing and crabbing conveniently from the pier. Includes neighboring cleared lot to park your boat, trailer, and/or RV. Idle peacefully down the bayou for 10 minutes to the Mississippi Sound. Then take a straight shot to Horn, Round, or Petit Bois Island. The property is 15 minutes from Ocean Springs and 25 minutes to casinos and kid-friendly facilities.
The space
The property has an open floor plan where you can entertain and relax. Our guests have exclusive access to the main home, downstairs covered patio with full bath, private pool, pier, and large lot. We provide many amenities to make your visit fun and worry free.
The master bedroom offers a queen bed and adjoining full bathroom with a double sink vanity, bath tub, and standing shower. Across from the master bedroom is the guest bedroom with a queen bed. There is a spare rollout mattress located in the wicker storage ottoman if needed. The other guest bedroom can accommodate 3 people with a full sized bed and twin bed.
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a multi-cup coffee maker, stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, and fridge that offers filtered water and an ice maker. The cabinets are stocked with plates, bowls, cups, mugs, wine glasses, pots and pans, baking pans, and appliances such as a toaster, air fryer, and single cup coffee maker.
Your family and friends can spread out at the kitchen island to enjoy meals or on the large sofa to watch tv with access to Netflix, Disney+, or Hulu. Adults can enjoy the bar to the side of the living room while looking out the windows at the beautiful view.
Walk out to the deck for some fresh air or venture downstairs for entertainment. Connect your device to the bluetooth speaker and enjoy the private swimming pool. We have kids' life jackets, pool floats and toys, and outdoor chairs and lounger available for you to use. You can fish or crab at the private pier behind the pool and then use the gas grill to cook up a tasty meal!
There is a boat launch 5 minutes away, so bring your boat to park on the property. If you have a kayak or canoe, feel free to launch right from the backyard. Just be cautious of the wildlife- alligators have been spotted in the bayou.
