Gorgeous waterfront getaway on a deep water canal with dock on canal, within walking distance to the beach! Lookout Point has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a beautiful porch to enjoy the famous Shell Point sunsets. Enjoy this home with comfortable, airy bedrooms and all the amenities. The area is peaceful and serene, and golf carts are welcome! Come relax and enjoy!
This home is being managed by Rent with Integrity Property Management, and we are located at 2851 Crawfordville Highway in Crawfordville, Florida . We will provide you with a number to call after hours if a need arises or you can send a message here . We offer a remote check-in option and provide you with the requirements to obtain the code to the lock box in the Check-in message. We ask all of our guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract after booking. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking.
Shell Point is a beautiful area and is far from the hustle and bustle of the city. This small community is close to Wakulla Springs State Park, the Wakulla and St. Marks Rivers, the St. Marks Lighthouse and Wildlife Refuge, the Seineyard Seafood Restaurant and the Wildwood Golf Course. The neighborhood is golf-cart friendly, and has a public beach with bathrooms, pavilions, a playground, and showers walking distance from the home. You can park your boat in the canal and there is a large public boat ramp just a few blocks from your driveway.
