Located off the scenic route of the prestigious John Anderson Drive, this beautiful 3/3 luxury, riverfront was designed with elegance and relaxation in mind. This home is nestled in Ormond Beach on a private and scenic road within walking distance to the ocean. The public beach access is only a 7-8 minute walk from the home.

As you enter the home you'll be greeted by a warm foyer and a stair case. Head upstairs and gaze in amazement at the breathtaking views of the Halifax river just outside the back windows. A modern yet comfortable living room is one part of this open floor plan allowing for endless river views from every common room. From the living room you can enter your private balcony and gaze upon the pool below and the many canals of the Halifax River. The sun sets over the river in evenings providing a colorful and ever-changing view of the river. Arched, vaulted ceilings above you set the tone for the artistic and welcoming characteristics of this home. The formal dining area features a custom dining table with seating for 8 up against the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the river. The dining area joins with the elegant, fully stocked kitchen complete with custom counters and new, stainless appliances. Two of the three bedrooms are also located on this floor. The master bedroom boasts a queen canopy bed with luxurious white linens and in-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom on the second floor holds a queen bed with a full bathroom just across the hall.

Glide downstairs to find a uniquely calming refuge. Greeting you will be a second living room with cozy furnishing and a flat-screen TV. The living room also holds the entrance to the riverfront pool deck. Adjacent to the living room is the last guest bedroom which 4 unique built-in twin beds. There is a full bathroom located just off the guest bedroom for convenience. Step onto your private pool deck and into your backyard oasis. The wood deck wraps around the back and both sides of the home making the most use of this outdoor space. Elegant outdoor furniture lay across a designer, outdoor rug under the shade of the balcony above. The glistening waters of the pool beckon you to enjoy a day in your oasis. Please note that the weather is warm here nearly year-round and just like the majority of pools in the area, this pool is not heated. The deck also holds an outdoor showers perfect for beach days as well as a grill to enjoy poolside meals. The deck is surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping providing you with privacy as you enjoy the deck's amenities. The lower dock is closed and inaccessible to guests. The upper dock by the pool is still available to guests. Please know that the boat house is not in working order to hold a boat and we do not allow trailers on-site.

Please note this home features Apple TV and does not have traditional cable. Many of our guests prefer to bring their TV sticks from home such as a FireTV or Roku stick.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license. Please note that even if you cancel outside of the cancellation window and receive a full refund, the "Booking Fee" is never refundable. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Guests can have a maximum of 3 vehicles at this home or the motorcycle equivalent. On vehicle, or motorcycle equivalent, can park in the garage and then two other vehicles can park in the driveway. Please note that we do not allow trailers on-site but we can refer guests to an off-site parking company on the mainland on request.
