NEW in Redington Shores! Redington Escape is a beautiful and cozy beach cottage duplex just a few steps away from the clear aquamarine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. At only 80 yards from the beach, you'll have sand under your feet in less than a minute. Redington Escape is nestled in one of the last remaining "Old Florida" beach neighborhoods, and it's uniquely on the beach side of Guld Blvd. The property is in walking distance to several great restaurants and all other beach locations can be easily accessed via the Beach Trolley. Unit A of the Redington Escape duplex cottage features two bedrooms, one full bathroom with shower/tub, a living room and full kitchen. One bedroom has a king sized bed and the other has a queen. The living room has a 65” flat screen TV featuring Roku and access to the common steaming apps. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and a full sized refrigerator. The unit has a washer and dryer in the closet of the queen bedroom. The property also has an outdoor shower and hose out back for washing off after the beach.
