Summary: I could not say nothing more than great things about this property with Rebel With A Cause/ 3 Miles to Drown./ Southland. First, the pictures do not give it justice-- the property looks even better in. person, my entire group (it was my 25th birthday celebration with a group of 8) was shocked by how nice, clean and huge the place was. I could have no asked for a better place to stay and celebrate my birthday. Heath was a great host, clear communication and checked in everyday with our group. The check-in and check out process was very smooth. I literally told everyone that "I hit the jackpot" when booking this property. If you are staying in Lexington for a celebration, work conference or any holiday, I would book this place even if you don't hit the max of sleeping 7-8 people in a group. You can definitely rent it out for 3-4 people and still feel comfortable! If I decided to stay in Lexington again, I would book this property or any property Heath owns.
