The main level is flooded with lots of natural sunlight, with an open living room area that features a 2-storey stone fireplace, a large elegant dining area with a table that seats 14, and a beautiful open gourmet chef's kitchen, fully equipped and centered around a huge island, includes top-of-the-line 'Wolf' stainless steel appliances, including a gas range cooktop with duel ovens, a range hood and pot-filler faucet, 48” Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer with French doors, wine fridge, two dishwashers, three sinks, custom cabinetry, all draped in gorgeous granite countertops, perfect for entertaining and brings everyone together in the heart of this villa. This ranch also features a games room with a billiard table, foosball and a custom wet-bar, a hobby room, library, office, exercise room, wine cellar, movie theatre, private vanities in most bedrooms, steam shower, extensive patio and deck space with hot tub and fire pit, luxurious stone and granite finishes, two story ceiling, Wi-Fi and TV's and designed with luxurious “Urban-Ranch” style furniture and décor.
