Summary: I had to ask for door code, it was not emailed prior to check in. The grass was not mowed at check in nor all week, we could not take children outside. The house was in desperate need of a thorough deep cleaning, dust and spiders under furniture and food crumbs in sofa cushions...everything in the kitchen needed washed before use because it was sticky. Bathroom fan did not work, and the house had a musty smell. Cleaning was requested, but was unavailable until laterbin our stay, by that time, we already cleaned what we needed. I am not a fussy person, but we had two very young children with us and we spent a significant amount of time at the house. The best part of our stay was the proximity to the ice cream!
