Positive: Friendly helpful staff, comfortable bed and lovely linens and towels

Negative: We were first allocated a very smelly room (musty, dirty living odour, probably in carpet and soft furnishings) but eventually got a fresh smelling cleaner room. Then the TV did not work, despite best efforts of staff.

Summary: Great friendly staff, but check quality of room before you unpack.
