Summary: Our preferences were never relayed to the hotel or they misplaced it. We requested a double and had to squeeze into a single bed. There was no tv or internet the firat day. The waiter ignored us the first night and didn't provide drinks requested. Breakfast was ok next say. Redeeming feature was hotel location and night manager Wendy. She really tried to help fix the issues.
